Using PocketBI

You may use PocketBI for lawful personal or business data work. You are responsible for the files, datasets, code, and other content you choose to use with the service and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to use that content.

Data outputs

PocketBI provides software tools for cleaning, transforming, visualizing, and exporting data. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. Automated transformations, summaries, charts, calculations, or other outputs may contain errors and should be validated when accuracy matters.

No professional advice

PocketBI is a productivity and analytics tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions offered through the iPhone app are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may depend on the terms presented by Apple at purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse PocketBI to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the service in a way that intentionally harms other users or infrastructure.

Availability and changes

PocketBI may change, add, remove, or discontinue features as products evolve. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, technical problems, or circumstances outside PocketBI's control.

Intellectual property

PocketBI's software, branding, website design, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of PocketBI's intellectual property to you. You retain responsibility for and rights in your own data and content, subject to any rights of third parties.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, PocketBI is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PocketBI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including losses resulting from unreviewed data transformations or outputs.

Privacy

Your use of PocketBI is also subject to the PocketBI Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as PocketBI products and services evolve. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
